1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through Antellie are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or if fraud is suspected. You will receive a full refund if we cancel an already-paid order.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in USD. Prices do not include shipping or taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address via Snipcart.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided by Snipcart based on your chosen shipping zone. Delays due to customs or carrier issues are outside our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of corsets, we accept returns only on unworn items with original tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email hello@antellie.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We use Supabase Auth with industry-standard encryption and Row-Level Security to protect your data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Antellie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
