Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Due to the intimate and custom nature of corsets, we only accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund until the item is received and inspected.
If an item is returned in a condition other than original (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags, perfume scent, or damage), the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value. In such cases, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the corset must meet all of the following:
- Unworn and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- No odors (smoke, perfume, body scent)
- No alterations or damage
- Shipped back in original or comparable protective packaging
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@antellie.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with instructions and the return shipping address.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Corsets worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Final-sale or marked-down items
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
